Zach was very helpful on the query i ask him, and after my dashboard data got updated i immediately requested a payout, payout got approved so fast like i have never experienced with other firms.

I have breached my elite account. I was not aware that i could reactivate/renewal this account. Somehow my subscribtion was ended. I had contact with Eliezer, I assume a lady, she gave me a clear explenation what the situation look like. I wish that the possibilty for renewal was clear in the menu. A good and patientfull explenation by Eliezer motivates me to start a new challenge.
